Where is your mindset?

Are the majority of your daily thoughts from the past, the future, or of the present moment? For the majority of people their thoughts are based mainly in the first two, and rarely exist in the present moment. Who we believe we are today is a cumulation of past knowledge, memories and experiences, which can either prevent us from enjoying life in the moment, or assist us to live life to the fullest. Eckhart Tolle suggests that the mind is like a blank screen, upon which human beings project thoughts on, and because thoughts have a powerful effect on how a person feels, developing one's mindset is an imperative part of walking your life path in a peaceful and joyuous way.
